AC Hotstick USAHotStick USA, Inc. was founded in 2003 to serve the search and rescue community with Hi-Tech electronic products, specifically designed for this market.

Our products are made to meet the demanding SAR environment in performance, ease of use, price, and reliability.

All our products are guaranteed for one full year against any defects in material or workmanship. In this time period we will repair or replace any product found defective at no charge when returned to our facilities in Chapel Hill, NC.

Technical assistance is available from 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Functionality questions can be answered by telephone, fax, or e-mail. A HotStick USA representative will assist you in a thorough systematic check-out of the product’s functions and answer any questions you have.

Training classes are also available for the proper and most efficient use of HotStick USA products. The training is often provided free with purchase of HotStick USA equipment. Depending on the circumstances, HotStick USA may charge for the travel and living expenses of a HotStick USA certified instructor.
